Janata Residency was a milestone in Trade Tower Group’s residential foray. Acquired mid- development and fully completed by 2015, the project includes 190 residential units — ranging from apartments to duplex homes — spread across 10 well-planned wings. The project catered to the growing housing demand in Bhaisepati and was delivered with a focus on livability, structural quality, and timely handover. This successful completion reinforced the Group’s ability to manage, deliver, and exit residential ventures effectively.
